Phillip E. Stephenson

Phillip E. Stephenson was born in Muncie, Indiana. He served as a deputy prosecutor of Grant County, Indiana, 1973-77. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Taylor University, Upland, Indiana. He has also been a speaker at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. His publications include Recent Developments in Insurance Law for ICLEF and Bad Faith Actions in Indiana, published by ICLEF and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. As a member of the Grant County and Indiana Bar Associations, he served on the Indiana Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
Mr. Stephenson has thirty-seven years of litigation experience. He has extensive experience in employment law with frequent practice before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also has substantial experience in probate, estate and elder planning, as well as commercial transactions and general corporate matters, including the health care field.
