Charles E. Herriman is a member of the Indiana Bar and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  He is a graduate of Franklin College of Indiana and Indiana University School of Law.  Mr. Herriman was a former Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Grant County, Indiana and Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Marion, Indiana.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and was a long-term member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.  He is a member of the Grant County (Past President), Indiana State and American Bar Associations and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.  As an AV rated attorney, Mr. Herriman has concentrated his practice in commercial and medical defense litigation, transactional law (including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures), real estate, corporate, banking, probate and business succession/estate planning.  He has been recognized by the Indianapolis Monthly magazine as an Indiana Super Lawyer for the years 2010 through 2015, a designation limited to five percent of Indiana Attorneys.  He has been active in many civic organizations and is a founding Director of The Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, Inc. and the Affordable Housing Corporation.
