Attorneys

Jason Dean McVicker was born and raised in Marion, Indiana.  He is a 7th generation Grant County resident and graduated from Marion High School in 1992. 

Mr. McVicker served Collier County, Florida, as Assistant State Attorney (2001-02) and Brevard County, Florida, as Assistant State Attorney (2002-07). Mr. McVicker serves as Marion City Court Judge.

Mr. McVicker is a partner with the law firm of Spitzer Herriman Stephenson Holderead Conner & Persinger, LLP.  He is a member of the Grant County Bar Association, The Indiana Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association.  Mr. McVicker is engaged in the general practice of law but focuses on the practice areas of family law, immigration, probate and estate planning, finance and banking, civil litigation, and real estate. 

Mr. McVicker is the town attorney for Swayzee. He is a member of Hanfield United Methodist Church and currently serves on the Staff Parish Relations Committee.
