Kyle C. Persinger, a partner in the firm, concentrates his practice in civil litigation, governmental law, corporate matters, probate and personal injury.

Mr. Persinger has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in diverse areas of litigation.  In addition to a significant amount of experience in state and federal courts, Mr. Persinger has also vigorously advocated on behalf of his clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as in binding arbitration.  He has pursued or defended appeals in the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Persinger is a former member of the Marion Community Schools’ Board of Trustees, which he served for 12 years.  While in high school, Mr. Persinger was a member of the Marion Giants’ basketball team that won three consecutive state championships.  He was named to the prestigious Indiana All Star Basketball Team and the 2012 State Anniversary Basketball Team.  Mr. Persinger has been very active in his community as well as his church, St. Paul’s Catholic Church.  He currently serves on St. Paul’s Parish Council and is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, Inc.  He is married to his high school sweetheart, Kari, with whom he has 4 children.
